Kinesiology - Couple session
A couple’s relationship is a rich, subtle, and demanding space.
It reveals the best in each person… and sometimes the most deeply rooted relational patterns, so that they can evolve.
When things are going well, the relationship supports, nourishes, and uplifts.
But when it becomes strained, it is not always love that is missing.
Often, what is lacking are shared spaces, feeling safe to open up, the quality of exchanges, or the clarity of each person’s place within the relationship.
Couples kinesiology offers a different and complementary approach.
It observes what is at play within the relationship and what currently prevents it from flourishing, unfolding, or evolving with greater depth in the face of difficulties.
The aim is to shed light on what prevents the relationship from breathing, without promising to “save” the couple, but by allowing the situation to unblock so that each person can naturally find their own path within the relationship.
For whom ?
Couples in questioning, tension, transition, or periods of instability: couples kinesiology is intended for any relationship wishing to lighten and fluidify the bond, while seeking to understand, as much as possible, what is being played out through the lived experience.
What is couples kinesiology for ?
Couples kinesiology can help to:
- release what weighs down or entangles the relationship
- identify what becomes mixed, confused, or projected onto the other
- understand certain emotional overreactions
- soothe relational hypersensitivities
- bring presence where there is fusion
- restore stability where there is confusion
- rediscover simpler, more authentic communication
- step out of repetitive relational patterns
The goal is not to repair a couple.
It is to rebalance the individuals, so that the relationship can regain a more natural flow.
How does a session unfold?
The session takes place in three stages:
1. Listening and clarification
Identifying the issue by understanding the relational system and highlighting possible areas for development.
2. Kinesiological work for the couple
Using muscular testing, we explore:
- emotional reactions
- remaining emotional charges
- what generates tension within the couple
- what is being reactivated through the relationship
3. Balancing
Through various techniques, the aim is to generate stability and safety so that the relationship can regain a space more conducive to listening, dialogue, and daily sharing.
The pace of progress varies from one relationship to another. As a general indication, around four sessions can help clarify your situation and allow meaningful changes to emerge. However, some benefits may already be experienced after the first session.
.
What a session can bring
- greater clarity
- fewer impulsive or defensive reactions
- a better understanding of oneself and the other
- a more stable and conscious relationship
- the ability to take a stand without losing oneself
- greater calm in relational decision-making
- an awareness that each situation can serve the evolution of each individual
- clarity between the desire to be right and the desire to evolve together
Kinesiology does not force reconciliation.
It clarifies a situation so that it can find, with respect, its most appropriate direction.
...and what it does not bring
- it does not take sides or defend one partner over the other
- it does not determine the couple’s destiny — that belongs to you
- it does not create or artificially maintain love
Fees – Couples session
The couples session is charged CHF 180.- (∼1h30), payable at the end of the session.
